At VetoTheEnemy.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and services, we maintain the following returns and refunds policy.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases of physical products (books) and digital products (webinar access, community memberships) are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with content.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective physical book, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order
- The book must have arrived damaged or defective (manufacturing defect, printing error, missing pages, etc.)
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- The damage must not be the result of misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
How to Request a Replacement
If you received a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately:

- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Attach photos showing the damage or defect
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and, if approved, ship a replacement book to you at no charge.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Tracking your shipment using the tracking number provided
- Arranging for someone to receive the package if you won't be home
- Requesting signature confirmation at checkout (if available)
- Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if your package is lost or stolen
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.
Digital Products
All digital products, including webinar access and community memberships, are non-refundable. Once access has been granted, the sale is final.
If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.
Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes and discounts are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to stop the order if it has not yet been fulfilled, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exceptions granted do not waive our right to enforce this policy in the future.
