User-Generated Content Rights

When you submit a review, testimony, photo, or video ("Content") to VETO, you grant me, Anthony M. Ezidro II, a sole proprietor operating under the VETO brand, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content in any media format and through any media channels.

How I May Use Your Content

By granting permission for content usage, you understand and agree that I may use your Content for the following purposes:

• Display on the VETO website, social media channels, and marketing materials
• Include in email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications
• Feature in advertisements, videos, presentations, and other marketing content
• Modify, edit, or adapt the Content to fit various formats and platforms
• Combine with other content, graphics, music, or effects

Your Representations and Warranties

By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the Content you submit
• You have the right to grant the permissions described in this policy
• The Content does not infringe upon any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• The Content is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge

I may use your first name and last initial (e.g., "John D.") when displaying your Content, unless you specifically request otherwise. If you prefer to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym, please indicate this in your submission or contact me at [email protected].

I reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any submitted Content at my sole discretion. Not all submissions will be published or used in marketing materials. I may edit Content for length, clarity, or appropriateness while maintaining the original meaning and intent.

Removal Requests

While you grant perpetual rights to use your Content, I understand that circumstances change. I will make reasonable efforts to honor removal requests for future marketing materials, though Content that has already been published or distributed may remain in circulation.

No Compensation

You understand and agree that you will not receive any financial or other compensation for the use of your Content, now or in the future. Your submission is voluntary and made for the purpose of helping other believers in their spiritual journey.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information (email, phone number, etc.) will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and will not be publicly displayed without your explicit consent. Only your name and testimony content will be used in marketing materials unless you provide additional permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anthony M. Ezidro II and the VETO brand from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your Content, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of privacy or publicity rights.
